Bonding Gum

Omega Bonding Gum and Cushion Gum has excellent bond strength , tensile properties , elongation and tear strength , the spread ability enables it to be used in filling , cut repair, section repair etc . Omega Bonding Gum and Cushion Gum has longer shelf life and scorch safety, these products are manufactured to meet the different temperature ( 148C , 125C , 99C ) requirements of  retreaders for various hot as well as cold processes applications .

Vulcanising Solution

Omega Vulcanising Solution is a rubber solution with excellent tackiness, and physical properties. Omega Vulcanising Solution has longer shelf life and scorch safety, the solution is manufactured to meet different temperature requirements for various hot as well as cold processes applications and is available for curing at 148C, 125C, and 99C.

Tread Rubber

Tread Rubber hot process or Conventional Tread rubber Manufactured by us is available in variety of sizes from small sizes upto Tractor , and OTR tyres used in JCB machines and dumpers. This can be made as per your requirement .
